The world of Victory Road, just like the world of Pokemon, is filled with as many varied and unique characters as it is Pokemon - and that’s not limited to our players! Throughout your characters’ journeys, there are many NPCs who they will see, interact with, and learn new information about goings-on from.
Right Off The Bat
Professor Elm: Professor Elm is the first professor met when one arrives in Johto. He's in his mid-forties and rather skittish, but a very kind man. His office is often messy, which is why his assistants are always necessary in terms of keeping things organized for him.
